US Cellular has officially rolled out the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update on Samsung Galaxy Note 5, S6 Edge+, S6 Edge and S6 phones. Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon are expected to follow suit.
T-Mobile has started rolling out the Andorid 6.0 Marshmallow to its LG G Stylo devices. The firmware update is expected to bring changes and enhancements like Deep Linking, Chrome custom tabs, Direct Share, the ability to use SD cards as default storage, automatic app data backup, and more.
Although a lot of Android device owners are still waiting for the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update, its successor, known as the Android 7.0 N, has already been the talk of the town. The next Android firmware is expected to have impressive features like Multi-Window mode, Stylus Support, OpenJDK and more.
