‘Resident Evil: The Final Chapter’ is an upcoming installment in the long-running ‘Resident Evil’ franchise starring Milla Jovovich in the lead role. Eoin Macken recalled working with Jovovich on the new film and had nothing but praises for her. Meanwhile, the franchise will reportedly branch out into a musical stage production in Japan.
Michael Bay confirmed that he is headed to the director's chair for the upcoming Transformer 5, but stated that the upcoming film will be his last time to direct in the franchise. Plot speculations are also rampant for the movie, stating that the story could focus on two arcs.
‘Kingsman 2’, or ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’ features the return of an important original character as revealed by the latest poster dropped by lead actor Taron Egerton. Pedro Pascal of ‘Game of Thrones’ has also joined the new cast lineup together with Halle Berry and Julianne Moore.
‘Divergent Series: Ascendant’ is the final film in Lionsgate’s young adult franchise starring Shailene Woodley and Theo James. The studio is planning to cut the film’s budget following the weak sales from ‘Allegiant’. However, it will remain scheduled for a June 2017 release despite everything.
