It will feature the return of Daisy Ridley as the main protagonist Rey and will explore events following J.J. Abrams’ ‘Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens’. Ridley finally addressed rumors of her parents as well as possible Jedi lineage.
‘Edge of Tomorrow 2’ is a planned science-fiction and action film intended as the sequel to 2014’s film of the same name. Production is rumored to begin sometime in late 2017 under returning director Doug Liman.
