With that being said, CBS has released the official plot description of episode 19 "Landing" which will air on Sunday, April 17, 2016.
"Smash" alum Megan Hilty officially signs in as a guest star for the last few episodes of "The Good Wife" Season 7. According to News Everyday, the 35-year-old American singer, broadway musical theatre, and TV actress will portray the role of Holly Westfall.
Holly happens to be a business rival of Kurt McVeigh (Gary Cole).She will be having a dynamic link with Assistant U.S. attorney Connor Fox (Matthew Morrison). Hilty will first debut in the 19th episode of the show.
Aside from Hilty, "The Brady Bunch" actor Gary Cole confirms his return in the 7th installment of the CBS drama series. The 59-year-old American actor and voice artist returns to reprise his role as Kurt McVeigh. Kurt happens to be a ballistics expert and Diane Lockhart's (Christine Baranski) husband. Cole's character reenters the scene in episode 19 to sell his business to his business rival, MNR Daily has cited.
As for the official plot synopsis of episode 19, Spoilers Guide notes, "Alicia Florrick (Julianna Margulies) and Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) travel to Toronto to represent NSA Agent Jeff Delinger (Zach Woods) who was detained by customs officers while attempting to re-enter the United States.
Diane Lockhart grows concerned when her husband, Kurt McVeigh, decides to retire and sell his business to Holly Westfall, a rival business owner, and Peter Florrick (Chris Noth) contemplates an uncertain future when he faces possible arrest."
