LG has announced two new mid-range smartphones that boast some of the company’s high-end technology. The new Specialist X Series is made up of the X cam and X screen, which reveals a little about the special features included with each of the handsets.
The Google Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 (2012) can be updated to Android 6.0 Marshmallow via custom ROM. The stable Mako Marshmallow custom ROM can be installed on the Nexus 4 while the popular BeanStalk series was designed for the Nexus 7 (2012).
The Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for Moto G (2nd Gen) is now rolling out in India. It brings the new Google Now on Tap and Doze mode features which are meant to enhance the user experience on the device.
Motorola now pushes the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to Moto G (2014) phones in Brazil and India. Variants in the United States are reportedly live receiving the same update. More details here.
