US Attorney General Lynch ahs expressed her unwillingness to accept President Barack Obama's nomination for the position left by former Justice Antonin Scalia in the Supreme Court. She claimed that she is happy serving her role as the attorney general and she would not be interested to change her job.

Cancer care provider 21 Century Oncology Inc has settled an agreement with the federal government over inappropriate use of GAMMA procedure and inappropriate Medicaid billing. The cancer care provider paid $34.7 million for the settlement.

Khaalid Adam Abdulkadir, 19 nursing student admitted he posted threats of murdering Federal Judge and FBI Agents on his Twitter. Abdulkadir has been given three years probation and two years of electronic monitoring.
