"X Company" actor Francois Arnaud will be making a cameo appearance in "Blindspot" Season 1 as Oscar to rekindle his relationship with Jane. Also, NBC has released the official plot description of episode 12 'Scientists Hollow Fortune' and last week's episode 9 'Cease Forcing Enemy' is made available here for those who have missed to watch it.
"X Company" alum Francois Arnaud officially signs in as a guest star in the upcoming episode of "Blindspot" Season 1 and according to 2 Paragraphs, the 30-year-old Canadian TV, stage, and film actor will be playing the role of the mysterious Oscar. Oscar is the man with a tree tattoo who happens to be Jane Doe's (Jaimie Alexander) former lover and the man who inked all the tattoos on her skin.
Arnaud's character was first introduced in the series last episode 10 "Evil Handmade Instrument" and his character is slated for a multi- episode arc. Oscar will reappear in the upcoming episode to rekindle his relationship with Jane.
As for the official plot synopsis of episode 12, Spoilers Guide notes, "The team uncovers a reckless experiment. After a disturbed Iraq War veteran shoots up a military base, the team exposes a sinister plot. As Jane and Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) race to stop a single-minded scientist, Jane recalls her own mysterious military past and contemplates a new relationship with Oscar (guest star Francois Arnaud)."

However, Jane was still hesitant to trust Oscar since she's still struggling to come to terms with the shocking revelations about her tattoos.
"Blindspot" Season 1 Episode 12 is entitled as "Scientists Hollow Fortune". The forthcoming episode is scheduled to premiere on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 10:00 p.m. exclusively on NBC.
