Miles Teller and Zoe Kravitz hint at a budding romance between their characters Peter and Christina. ‘The Justice League’ is an upcoming two-part action-adventure film based on the DC comic book superhero team-of the same name. Amber Heard officially joins the new cast as Jason Momoa’s on-screen love interest, Mera. She revealed that her costume is interesting as it is “half armor and half scales”.

‘XXX 3’, or ‘XXX: The Return of Xander Cage’, is the follow-up to 2005’s ‘XXX: State of the Union’. Vin Diesel is set to reprise his role as the titular protagonist. Miss Universe Colombia’s Ariadna Gutierrez has also joined the new cast as Diesel’s potential love interest.
‘Fifty Shades Darker’ is an erotic drama film intended as the second installment in the ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ cinematic series to be released on February 10, 2017. It features the return of Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan as main protagonists Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey, respectively. Brant Daughtery of ‘Pretty Little Liars’ joins Johnson and Dornan on set.
‘Baywatch’ is an upcoming comedy film directed by Seth Gordon. Latin singer-songwriter Belinda is set to join Zac Efron and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in the reboot. Original star David Hasselhoff will also be making a cameo in the new film.
‘Beauty and the Beast’ live-action adaptation is an upcoming film based on the classic Disney animated-musical film from 1991. It boasts a “spine tingling” score by acclaimed composer Alan Menken, who wrote three new tracks specifically for the film. ‘Wolverine 3’ is a planned action-adventure film directed by James Mangold and starring Hugh Jackman in his third and final outing as the titular clawed mutant. It is confirmed as an R-rated film and may be loosely based on the violent ‘Old Man Logan’ comic book material.
‘Star Wars: Episode VIII’ is an upcoming action-adventure and fantasy film written and directed by Rian Johnson. Filming is currently taking place in Croatia and leaked photographs from on-set reveal new aliens as well as spaceships. It was reported that the production team is looking to film in ancient caverns leading to speculations of more focus on Jedi temples in the sequel.
‘Tomb Raider’ is an upcoming reboot of the highly popular videogame series of the same name. Daisy Ridley of ‘Star Wars’ fame may be cast as the main protagonist Lara Croft, a role made famous by Angelina Jolie in the early 2000s. The reboot comes after the highly successful reboot of the videogame series of the same name the films are adapted from.
‘Friday the 13th’ is a planned reboot of the iconic slasher film series of the same name scheduled to be released on January 2017. David Bruckner, who was supposed to helm the film, has exited the project. He revealed that his version could have been a ‘Dazed and Confused’-inspired film.
‘Kingsman: The Secret Service 2’ is a planned spy-adventure film scheduled to premiere in theaters on June 2017. The sequel may feature Halle Berry as a secret agent in the CIA. She joins Taron Egerton, who plays main protagonist Eggsy Unwin, in what is possibly a two-picture deal with Fox.
