‘XXX 3’, or ‘XXX: The Return of Xander Cage’, is the follow-up to 2005’s ‘XXX: State of the Union’ and will feature the return of Vin Diesel as the titular Xander Cage. Bollywood star Deepika Padukone will co-star as his love interest. Director DJ Caruso posted a behind-the-scenes photograph of Padukone’s fierce female lead Serena looking menacing in leather and tattoos.
‘Kingsman 2’, or ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’ will take Taron Egerton’s Eggsy and Mark Strong’s Merlin to the U.S. spy headquarters Statesmen. The organization will be headed by Halle Berry’s Ginger. More new plot details were revealed by returning director Matthew Vaughn.
‘Transformers 5’ is an upcoming action-adventure and science-fiction film starring Mark Wahlberg and Peter Cullen. Michael Bay is set to return to direct the film with a screenplay penned by Akiva Goldsman. Robert Kirkman of ‘The Walking Dead’ fame recently admitted that he exited the project after just one day in the writers’ room headed by Goldsman.
‘Wolverine 3’ is Hugh Jackman’s final outing as the hot-blooded mutant. It was reported that the upcoming film might be R-rated and could very well be bloody and violent. Liev Schreiber, who played Sabretooth in ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’, hinted that he may reprise his role as the supervillain in the new film.
