Jarrett Buba, 52, now stands accused of hurling a glass bottle at two people with ties to Carnegie Mellon University in a Pittsburgh neighborhood on Aug. 29, said police.
The lawsuit addresses allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and violations of other state labor laws.
