Apple CEO Tim Cook apologized in a formal letter sent to China, addressing the growing controversy over the company's warranty polices there, CNN reported. Posted to China's Apple's website, Cook discussed the changes the company intends to make in order to offer better customer service, and change the terms for some of its iPhones, which are sold, and many were reportedly defective in China.

The authorities in Texas have launched a massive manhunt, using helicopters and dogs in hopes of finding two inmates, who escaped from jail Tuesday morning. Brian Allen Tucker and John Martin King, who escaped from Hopkins County Jail in Sulphur Springs, Texas, at around 8:30 a.m.

Minnesota Triple Murder: Mother, Stephanie Shields, Drowns Children, Kills Self on Easter Sunday

Autopsies reveal that a 35-year-old mother, Stephanie Shields, took her own life after allegedly drowning her two young children, ages 6 and 7 on Easter Day. Police in Zimmerman, Minnesota ruled that the deaths of Shields, 35 and her children Nolan and Josephine were made fowllowing autopsies, and that there are no further suspects being sought.
