Daniel Keith Flaherty, 42, has been charged with the murder of his wife, 36-year-old Kayla Flaherty, according to the Gibson County Sheriff's Office.
Amanda Hovanec, 37, pleaded guilty to several charges, including distributing a controlled substance that resulted in the death of her husband.
