Kelly Brooke confirmed that she was in the running for a role in the new film and is speculated to portray Anderson’s character. ‘Independence Day: Resurgence’ is an upcoming science-fiction adventure film intended as the sequel to 1996’s film of the same name. 20th Century Fox recently released the first official trailer featuring familiar characters as well as new ones.
