Apple gets serious about making TV shows to compete with HBO, Netflix
Apple reportedly plans on making original TV shows and movies and wants to begin offering original scripted content by the end of 2017.

Netflix took the crown and got the number one spot on Morgan Stanley's sixth annual survey for the video streaming industry. Netflix's original content draws more subscribers and retain existing ones.
The original "Gilmore Girls" producer Gavin Polone has sued Warner Bros. for the second time over a breach of contract. Polone alleges that WBTV violated the contract they agreed before so he's now seeking for at least $195,000 in damages.
Netflix announced that aside from 'Orange Is The New Black' Season 4, the series will continue for seasons 5, 6, and 7. The network also released the promotional photos for the upcoming installment. Also, Laura Prepon teased what fans should expect when the show returns on June 17, 2016.
