Richard Beasley, the Ohio street-preacher who lured his murder victims with bogus Craigslist job offers, has been sentenced to the death penalty in Akron. Beasley was convicted on March 12 of killing three men and wounding a fourth, all of whom hegave false promises of farmhand jobs to in southeast Ohio in 2011.

The widow of World Wrestling Entertainment performer Owen Hart has settled her lawsuit against the corporation over royalties and the use of her late husband's image. Martha Hart sued in June, 2010, claiming that the WWE did not pay royalty payments owed to Owen Hart's estate and violated a contract restricting the use of his name and likeness.

Authorities investigating the death of Colorado's prisons chief told law enforcement officers on Wednesday to be vigilant of two known associates of a white supremacist prison gang. James Lohr and Thomas Guolee are not seen as suspects in the death of Colorado Department of Corrections chief Tom Clements, but their names have been brought up during the investigation.
