Fred Turner Jr., the Orlando man who was killed in a road-rage shooting on Interstate 4 while he was on the phone with emergency dispatchers Saturday, was a victim of mistaken identity. Jerome Edward Hayes, a 48-year-old St. Cloud resident turned himself in Monday morning at the Hillsborough County jail, where he was booked on a charge of first-degree murder.

Sarah Guillot-Guyard, a performer from Circque due Soleil, did in a weekend accident during a show at a Las Vegas casino, authorities said on Sunday. Guillot-Guyard was pronounced dead shortly before midnight on Saturday, the Clark County, Nevada medical examiner's office told CNN. The cause of death had not been determined as of Sunday afternoon.
