Adam Ward, 33 years old, was executed on Tuesday for the murder of a city's code enforcement officer. Ward make his final appeal, claiming he was mentally ill when he committed the killing, however, the Supreme court rejected the appeal.
Alexandru Hossu filed a $45 million lawsuit claiming he was wrongfully accused of the rape. Hoss believes it was part of a a political vendetta and evidence for the case were altered and withheld.
Aside from the $115 million for damages awarded to Hulk Hogan last week, the retired pro-wrestler was granted another $25 million in punitive damages. Hogan sued a media website company, Gawker media, after publishing a sex video of him.
Ched Evans, 27 years old to have an Appeal hearing this week in an attempt to overturn his rape conviction. The Sheffield United striker was found guilty of raping a 19 year old girl on a hotel in Wales.
