Three plaintiff's filed a legal compalaint against New York Giants over claims of sold fake memorabilia. The lawsuit stated that the club sold, Michael Strahan's Super Bowl XLII jersey and placing the item to a fake one.
Venture capital firm, Sequoia Capital parted its way with Michael Goguen following the sexual abused lawsuits and his failure to give settlement to the victim. Goguen had been a managing for the venture capital firm for almost 20 years.
