Mateen Cleaves, 39, former Michigan State basketball star is charge with sexual assault and unlawful imprisonment. The woman said she is assaulted by Cleaves in a motel and kept her against her will.
A Missouri judge ruled that the Boys Scouts Association of america is not held liable to the sexual abuse case of a scout leader in Kansas City. The judge agreed to the organization's lawyer who said, a corporation or association cannot itself commit such abuse.
Cleofas Alberto Martinez Gutierrez, has been arrested by the Federal authorities in connection to a string of clash shootouts Sunday with government's forces. Martinez is suspected as to the drug cartel leader in Reynosa who led the group on the said shootouts.
Stuart Dunnings, 63 years old had been serving in Ingham County office for almost two decades. Federal investigation in 2015 on human trafficking and prostitution led Dunnings arrest to the said charges.
