Apple v. Samsung Verdict: Injunction Hearing on Samsung Ban Set for December
A court hearing for the permanent injunction Apple Inc. filed for on Monday to ban eight of Samsung Electronics Co. devices has been set for December 6.

On Monday Apple filed for an injunction on Samsung products that were found to infringe on Apple's patent design by a San Jose jury last week in the highly talked about Apple and Samsung lawsuit which won Apple $1.05 billion. Samsung released a statement Tuesday saying that it "will take all necessary measures to ensure the availability of our products in the U.S. market," as reported by computerworld.com.
The Roman Catholic Church Archbishop-elect Rev. Salvatore Cordileone was arrested by police at the check-point of the San Diego State University for driving drunk. Cordileone was taken to a San Diego County prison, where the bail was set for $2,500 and he was released on Monday. Cordileone is expected in court on October 9, according to Detective Gary Hassen.
