Judge dismisses lawsuit against Dover cop who kicked man in the head during arrest
The case against Thomas Webster IV, a police officer from Dover, Delaware who was charged with assault in 2013, has been dismissed.

Samsung is asking the Supreme Court to review the cases filed against them by Apple because they believed that they should not have been asked to compensate their competitor for huge amount of money.
Samsung is expected to their own high end tablet and laptop hybrid dubbed as the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S. The new tablet is expected to compete against the latest tablets in the market with its latest specifications.
