Since its hyped years started, fans of Warcraft have been asking for a movie adaptation of the video games series and novels set in the world of Azeroth. Now that the film is in the making, director Duncan Jones gave details about the future of the franchise. Moreover, upcoming movie's plot will center on a neutral view regarding the two forces.

Years of waiting have been worth it as fans of the phenomenal video game series Warcraft will now be seeing the film they've wanted and the bonus is that a trilogy might be also in talks. According to Cross Map, director Duncan Jones stated that he'd like to do what Peter Jackson achieved with Lord of the Rings. Since it was a promising franchise, the director would like to take the audience, especially those who do not play Warcraft, from the beginning, just about when orcs met the humans. Due to this, there must be sequels to complete a substantiate understanding of the storyline and that the job of upcoming film is to establish certain characters, places and culture as the story goes on.

More to this, plot of the first film will be engineered to attain a certain goal as he discussed. In the reports of Korea Portal, Jones indicated that though it must be speculated that orcs will be the bad guys in the movie, his goal is not to put that general idea in the audience mind. He said that the game developers and movie team wanted to show that Warcraft is all about heroes on both sides. As Jones said "I hope that with our film, the audience will get a chance to see past the Horde/Alliance divide and recognize the heroes on BOTH sides." Lastly, the director revealed that the visual effects team behind "Star Wars" was the one who did it for the upcoming film.

Warcraft is the anticipated epic fantasy film that was scheduled for a December 2015 release but was moved due to competition according to Fan Sided. The pushing of release in December is due to the new Star Wars film while discussions for a March 2016 release was also cancelled since DC's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and The Divergent series: Allegiant Part 1 booked it up.

Now, the impending battle of humans and orc in Warcraft: The Beginning is expected to hit worldwide theatres on June 10, 2016. Stay tuned for more updates!
