‘31’ is an upcoming horror-thriller film written and directed by musician-turned-filmmaker Rob Zombie. Despite Zombie’s efforts to attain an R-rating from the MPAA, his film gets slapped with an NC-17 rating… twice. ‘31’ is scheduled to be released at the Sundance Film Festival on January 2016.
