A lawsuit filed by producer Dr. Luke against Kesha's mother, Pebe Sebert and her manager were dismissed by a judge in New York. Dr. Luke's legal team is considering the idea of filing an appeal, although, a case of the same nature is currently ongoing in Tennessee against Sebert. Kesha's lawsuit against Dr. Luke is set to move forward.
