Charter Chief Executive Officer Tom Rutledge met with FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler to discuss about the terms on the prosed plan of the cable company to acquire Time Warner Cable Inc TWC.N (TWC) and Bright House Networks. The FCC hasn't commented on Charter's plan of acquisition but the company remains positive on its merger with TWC.
