Other than that, "24" alum Sarah Clarke has been cast for the 2 final episodes of "NCIS" Season 13 and will hold an option to be a series regular in season 14. According to TV Line, the 44-year-old American veteran actress will portray the role of FBI Special Agent Tess Monroe. Monroe happens to be a multiple divorcee woman with no children.
