The popular alcohol brand, Jack Daniels sent a letter a cease and desist letter to author Patrick Wensink, who's "broken Piano for President" book cover resembles the brand's trademark label, the letter's excessively polite tone and friendly request to the writer has made it a viral sensation, with many calling it the "greatest cease and desist letter ever," (abalawjournal.com).
James Egan Holmes, the Colorado shooter who was arrested for opening fire in an Aurora theatre during the showing of the “Dark Knight Rises” killing 12 and injuring 59, announced himself to be “the joker, the enemy of Batman,” according to NYPD Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly. Holmes painted his hair red to resemble the Joker.
