China’s anti-doping lab, CHINADA was suspended for four months after the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) found that they released false negative laboratory results. The suspension could be lifted after CHINADA corrects its errors in the laboratory.

Jason Dalton, the Uber driver who was charged for killing six people and two wounded following a deadly shooting spree is set to appear for competency hearing. Dalton's psychiatrix result also shows he is competent to stand trial.

Transportation regulator, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission has fined Uber $11.4 million over its illegal operation in the state in 2014. The ride-sharing service claimed that the fine was too high, as it was the highest imposed by a regulator in the same offense.
