Former employees, Cristie Reynolds and Kerri Breeze sued Chipotle Mexican Grill over sex discrimination. Both were former general managers, claiming they were wrongly terminated from their positions because of sex discrimination, were male employeer were treated well than females.
Volkswagen reportedly reached an agreement to settle the dieselgate scandal before the court-appointed deadline. A source close to the agreement said that VW has reached a settlement to avoid U.S. federal trial over the summer.
