American chain of specialty grocery stores, Trader Joe's, faces lawsuit filed by upset complainants having found their tuna cans underfilled in a relatively large amount.

The removal petition against Dallas County District Attorney Susan Hawk was dismissed, apparenlty because of anti-discrimination against people with disabilities.
