Kentucky State Police trooper Billy Gregory said, "it's too early to know whether" charges will be filed in the case of a 5-year-old boy who accidentally shot and killed his 2-year-old sister in Cumberland County on Tuesday.
Five people were shot, including one fatally during the annual Crab Festival in Williston, Florida, as reported by UPI. Only, the crab festival is actually a misnomer. The "Crab Festival" is actually a series of "Hip Hop" style street parties where violence had been reported in the past.
Three college friends of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are under arrest, suspected of removing items from his dorm room after the April 15 attack. Two of them were detained on April 20 on immigration charges and a third has been taken into custody, sources said.
