A student shot and killed a teacher and wounded two classmates before killing himself at Sparks Middle School in northern Nevada at about 7:15 Monday morning, law enforcement officials said.
A patron was killed and three others were wounded in a shooting outside a nightclub inside Bally's Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, police said. The suspect reportedly got into an argument with club security at Drai's Nightclub, demanding his cover charge be returned, but the security refused him. It was then the suspect, who has yet to be identified, pulled out a gun. Las Vegas police said at least three people were shot, as one patron was killed by gunfire, while the manager and security guard were wounded by gunfire. Another security guard was possibly shot and injured, police said.
