Motorola DROID Turbo 2 devices under Verizon Wireless started receiving the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA update. Its new features include the Now on Tap,Doze Mode, App Standby, Storage tweaks and Attentive Display.
Motorola recently released the Android 6.0 Marshmallow soak test for DROID Turbo 2. It is expected to receive the official Android 6.0 Marshmallow firmware sometime on March or early April.
Motorola has been quite quick in releasing Android 6.0 Marshmallow updates for its smartphones. With this, the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update is expected to land Moto devices this quarter.
