Super Bowl 51: Lady Gaga To Grace Halftime Show

The halftime show of the Super Bowl has always been one of the most awaited in this annual sports event. For Super Bowl 51, fans at the NRG Stadium will go Poker Face with the feature act at halftime.


According to a report by Fox Sports, the halftime show of Super Bowl 51 will be bannered by Grammy Award winner Lady Gaga. The six-time Grammy Award winner also appeared in last year's Super Bowl 50 where she sang the National Anthem. This time around she will have the fans at the Edge of Glory with her electrifying performance. Expect the Paparazzi to be in Houston when Lady Gaga performs.

Lady Gaga joins an esteemed list of Super Bowl halftime show performers which include the likes of Bruno Mars, Katy Perry, Beyonce, Madonna, U2, to name just a few. The Pepsi Zero Sugar Super Bowl Halftime Show generated more than 116.5 million viewers in the US last year. This will be the fifth year that Pepsi is the title sponsor of the halftime show of one of the most watched sporting events in the world.

According to the website of Go Tickets, there will be a Pre-game party to be hosted by Joe Montana and Warren Moon. The pre-game party will be held at Club 51, located right across NRG Stadium, this year's host of Super Bowl 50, featuring the New England Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons. Club 51 will be open for three hours before the kickoff. Guests can treat themselves to an eat-all-you-can Texas tailgate, which features coastal seafood, grilled & smoked meats, unlimited beverages, and live entertainment.

As reported by NFL.com, Super Bowl 51 will pit the New England Patriots and Atlanta Falcons. It will be held on February 5 at the NRG Stadium in Houston. The Patriots will be playing in their 7th Super Bowl in 16 seasons while the Falcons will be making their debut Super Bowl appearance since 1988. The Patriots led the league in scoring defense.
