Jarrett Buba, 52, now stands accused of hurling a glass bottle at two people with ties to Carnegie Mellon University in a Pittsburgh neighborhood on Aug. 29, said police.
The lawsuit addresses allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and violations of other state labor laws.
Last week, the FBI announced a reward of $50,000 for information about the case, and while the search for the truth is still underway, Chapman has decided to step in and increase the reward to $100,000.
In May 2023, authorities interviewed the 13-year-old suspect about the rumored threats to commit a school shooting.
