'The Blacklist' Season 3 returns with 'Mr. Solomon' on April 7; Tom, Liz to break up?

"The Blacklist" Season 3 is currently on a month-long hiatus and will release its newest episode on April 7, 2016. Fortunately, NBC has released the official plot description of episode 17 'Mr. Solomon' while the recap of the last month's episode 16 'The Caretaker' is made available here for fans who have missed to watch it.

"The Blacklist" Season 3 has gone off air and will not be releasing its upcoming pre-finale episode. According to Hollywood Hills, the Jon Bokenkamp-created series is currently having a long hiatus which would last for the whole month of March 2016. Because of that, the release of the official plot description and promotional trailer clips for the April 7 episode have been postponed.

As for the official plot synopsis of episode 17, International Business Times notes, "The task force races to stop a catastrophe after discovering tactical nuclear weapons have been targeted by thieves; Covert Operative Tom (Ryan Eggold) and rookie FBI profiler Elizabeth "Liz" Keene (Megan Boone) make a decision that will change their relationship."

For a quick summary of "The Blacklist" Season 3 previous episode 16, "The Caretaker" The Wall Street Journal reported that Liz and Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader) investigated the case of a State Department Official in Beijing to a caretaker who secures the safety deposit vault exclusively for high-profile criminals; Liz also went for a quest to find out more about her mother's identity; Tom took a chance with his risky decision.

"The Blacklist" Season 3 Episode 17 is entitled as "Mr, Solomon". The show is scheduled to return with its pre-finale episode on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. first and exclusive on NBC.
