"No Ordinary Family" actor Tom Amandes is set to guest star in "Arrow" Season 4 as Noah Kuttler and alter ego, the DC Comics villain 'The Calculator'. EP Wendy Mericle also teased that fans should stay tuned to discover if Kuttler might be Felicity's long lost father. The CW finally released the plot description for episode 12 entitled, "Unchained".
"No Ordinary Family" alum Tom Amandes officially signs in as a guest star in "Arrow" Season 4. According to Latin Post, Amandes will make her first debut as Noah Kuttler, a technical genius with a criminal mind who uses his computer science and internet skills to blackmail Roy out of retirement to do his bidding.
This then leads to an epic battle with the Arrow team. Amandes will also portray his character's alterego, the DC Comics villain named 'The Calculator'. His character is set to make a cameo appearance in the show's two episodes beginning with its February episode #12.
In addition, executive producer Wendy Mericle teased to Entertainment Weekly that 'The Calculator' has a deep connection to Felicity Smoak's (Emily Bett Rickards) life. Mericle hinted the possibility that Noah Kuttler/The Calculator is Felicity's absentee father.
As for the official plot for episode 12 We Got This Covered notes, "Roy Harper returns; Nyssa makes her move. The team faces off against a formidable villain nicknamed The Calculator (guest star Tom Amandes). Meanwhile, Nyssa Al Ghul (guest star Katrina Law) makes her move and Roy Harper guest star Colton Haynes) returns to Star City."
"Arrow" Season 4 Episode 12 is entitled as "Unchained". The forthcoming episode is slated to premiere on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. exclusively on The CW.
