'The Blacklist' Season 3 Spoilers: Tom's risky decision leads him to death?

The household ratings and critic reviews of "The Blacklist" Season 3 has been positive. Also, the official plot description for the upcoming episode 16, 'The Caretaker', has been released by NBC while the previous episode 15 'Drexel' is made available here for fans who have missed to watch it.

"The Blacklist" Season 3 has garnered a healthy number of positive reviews from TV critics and viewers alike. According to Gospel Herald, this season received an uptick in its household ratings with a user score of 8.4 out of 10 and 7.6 out of 10 on Rotten Tomatoes. Its season premiere only managed to get a 74% rating from Metacritic and a 7.7 out of 10 to the audience TV series ratings.

As for the official plot of episode 16, Spoilers Guide notes, "After a State Department Official is found dead in Beijing, Red (James Spader) and Liz (Megan Boone) link the murder to a secret keeper known as The Caretaker, who maintains an impenetrable safety deposit vault for criminals. Red and Liz work with the task force to find the Caretaker and his collection of lethal and classified secrets. Tom (Ryan Eggold) makes a risky decision, while Liz persists on her quest to find out more about her mom."

For a quick recap of "The Blacklist" Season 3 previous episode 15 "Drexel", TV Fanatic has reported that, the founder of a successful internet start-up was found dead. Liz and the task force worked with Red to search for the culprit through a dangerous underground news source. Red even suspected that the person held responsible for the said crime was a notorious killer. Tom faced a life threatening situation and Liz tried to consider some options for her baby.

"The Blacklist" Season 3 Episode 16 is entitled as "The Caretaker". The forthcoming episode is slated to premiere on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. exclusively on NBC.
