'Agent Carter' Season 2 Spoilers: Peggy Carter to face most deadly in Episode 4 airing Feb. 2

Agent Carter Showrunner Michele Fazekas has revealed Whitney Frost as Peggy Carter's most dangerous foe which will be featured in Season 2 episode 4 entitled "Smoke and Mirrors". That 70's Show" star Kurtwood Smith has been cast for "Agent Carter" Season 2 to play as Vernon Masters while the official plot synopsis has been released by ABC.

"That 70's Show" alum Kurtwood Smith officially joins the cast of "Agent Carter" Season 2. According to Comic Book, Kurtwood will be playing the character of Vernon Masters who is described as a War Department veteran who knows how to work the system by heart. The 72-year-old American actor is best known for his appearances in the genre of sci-fi series like "Robocop".

On the other hand, executive producer Michele Fazekas has revealed to Entertainment Weekly about the newest villain for 2nd installment of the Marvel series. Fazekas stated, "The big bad is Whitney Frost, who's played by Wynn Everett. You see her become a villain. We also tell some of her backstory in episode 4. We see her become our version of Madam Masque. We somewhat based her on the actress Hedy Lamarr, who in addition to being this very glamorous actress was also an inventor.

As for the the official synopsis of the fourth episode, Comic Book Resources details that Agent Carter (Hayley Atwell) and the SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve) will discover the hidden personality and attitude that's behind the pretty face of Whitney Frost, a Hollywood star and Peggy's most dangerous nemesis just yet.

Marvel's "Agent Carter" Season 2 Episode 4 is entitled as "Smoke and Mirrors". The upcoming episode is scheduled to launch on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. exclusively on ABC.

"Agent Carter" is an American TV series created by Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely. The storyline is inspired by Marvel's one-shot short film under the same name.
