Samsung Electronics is believed to be preparing to once again dominate the phablet and smartphone market this year. Its upcoming Galaxy Note 6 that is speculated to be have a bendable screen is said to be as powerful as a laptop.
According to Gospel Herald, although Samsung Electronics just released its Galaxy Note 5 last year, there are already some curious phablet users who want to know the specs of its yet to be unveiled predecessor. It was noted that The Galaxy Note series are famous for their outstanding specifications, such as pressure-sensitive display and stylus pen. Enthusiasts are now wondering if these will be present in the upcoming Galaxy Note 6.
It has been guaranteed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will be mega-powerful and possibly the most capable device the South Korea-based tech firm would release. Christian Today stated that the Galaxy Note 6 was dubbed as such since it can act as the processor and the memory of a Windows-running laptop. When it is placed on a dock of a laptop, this device is reportedly switch to the Microsoft OS but when removed, goes back to Android.
It is believed to be armored with a 16-core processor, which is double that of most top-tier handsets and tablets. This device is also reported to be packed with 8 GB of RAM and come with a bendable screen, which will sport an impressive 4K screen resolution and 800ppi pixel density.
As for the camera, Latinos Health reported that the phablet will arrive with a 25-megapixel snapper and a 16-megapixel front facing shooter. Apart from the rumored autofocus of the new product, it may have an optical image stabilizer and capability of producing quality shots even in a low-light setting.
There's no available information about the battery capacity but there are speculations that it would come with a bulky one, considering the massive power it will have. The interesting part is that even with such a huge battery, users won't have to wait for hours to for it to be fully charged because Samsung is incorporating its fast-charging technology on the device.
Rumors have it that the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 could become available anytime this year but there are also talks stating that it could be released in the first quarter of 2016, particularly in March during Barcelona's Mobile World Congress (MWC).
It is also worth knowing that Samsung Company has a tradition of releasing new devices during the third quarter of the year. If the South Korean company follows its releasing cycle, the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will likely become available in the latter part of year. Nevertheless, avid fans could expect the sixth-edition of Galaxy Note series this year.
