Ex-Black Panther Member Albert Woodfox Pursuing Legal Action Over his "cruel" Solitary Confinement
Albert Woodfox, a former Black Panther member, who was released last month after a more than four decades of solitary confinement is filing a lawsuit arguing the cruel and unsula confinement. Woodfox was kept in solitary over the 1972 murder of a prison guard at the Louisiana State Prison.
