A 23-year-old Queensland police officer has been charged with two counts of rape and one account of assault. This is after a woman complained about the constable, whom she met online, raped and choked her. The accused has been released on bail.

The club's managers told him that he would no longer play in the club before they learned that he underwent surgery. Gutierrez suffered from testicular cancer. His left testicle was surgically removed.
