Angel Vause, 56, of Georgetown, South Carolina, pleaded guilty to three counts of lying to federal investigators in connection with the 2009 kidnapping, rape, and murder of 17-year-old Drexel, prosecutors announced Monday.
Police said they found his girlfriend "lying on the floor in a pool of blood," the complaint stated.
