Kohberger, now 29, allegedly stabbed Madison Mogen, 21, Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Ethan Chapin, 20, to death in their off-campus apartment in November 2022.
Jarrett Buba, 52, now stands accused of hurling a glass bottle at two people with ties to Carnegie Mellon University in a Pittsburgh neighborhood on Aug. 29, said police.
The lawsuit addresses allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and violations of other state labor laws.
Following an extensive investigation, police determined Jubane's neighbor, 27-year-old Bryce Johnathan Schubert, had a hand in her disappearance.
