An Iowa man interning in the Disney College Program was arrested for allegedly masturbating in his car in a busy parking garage at Disney Springs, an entertainment complex at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Carlos Jose Hernandez, 37, was captured Saturday driving down I-49 in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, according to the sheriff's office.
Federal agents executed a search warrant at his apartment in August and discovered various narcotics and two iPhones submerged in the water tank on the back of the bathroom toilet.
Elida Tejeda, 34, is in custody on a $100,000 bond at the Waukesha County Jail, according to court records.
