The self-proclaimed trouble stirrer, Anna Coulter took to Twitter after the third and final presidential debate Tuesday night to call President Barrack Obama a "retard." On her Twitter page, the conservative lawyer tweeted "I highly approve of Romney's decision to be kind and gentle to the retard," on @AnnCoulter.
