Jennifer Berman reportedly killed her two teenage children, then shot herself, in their upscale West Palm Beach house, CBS12 reported. Authorities discovered their bodies on Monday morning "on Pershing Way in West Palm Beach's exclusive El Cid historic neighborhood," CBS12 also reported. Police said Berman killed her 16-year-old son son Alex and 15-year daughter Jacquelin, who were reportedly students at th Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach. The woman had many stressful-related incidents in recent months, leading up to the murder-suicide, according to authorities.
Judge Anita Brody of the United District Court for the Eastern District Court of Pennsylvania rejected the proposed $765 million settlement "between the N.F.L. and more than 4,500 retired players who sued the league and accused it of hiding the dangers of concussions has raised significant questions about whether there will be enough money for all of the payouts, medical tests and treatment."
