Former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin Found Guilty On 20 of 21 Charges in Corruption Trial
Former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin was found guilty of accepting payoff for city contracts. Nagin became the first mayor in the city's history to be charged and convicted of corruption, as the 57-year-old, who presided over the city during Hurricane Katrina, was found guilty for 20 of the 21 counts leveled against him.
