Migration accord with EU confirms that Turkey will be rehabilitating thousands of Syrian refugees to its member countries against Syrian refugees taking back from Greece. It is understandable that the deal is applicable only for the Syrian refugees and doesn’t commit anything for rehabilitation of refugees landing in Greece from other Asian countries.
