Former Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell won the sympathy of judges in his bribery trial. The judges was questioning the scope of federal laws that prosecutors used to convict McDonnell in corruption case.

Hulk Hogan, the American wrestling celebrity has failed another lawsuit for leaking his racist comments contained in a sex tape recorded a decade ago. During last March, Hogan has won a similar lawsuit and has been ordered to pay compensation of $140 million in total. The lawsuit has drawn attraction since it has been treated as fight for celebrity’s rights vs press freedom and the new lawsuit is getting the same treatment once again.
