The U.S. Supreme Court rejected the appeal of John Battaglia who was sent to death row for the fatal shootings of his two young daughters nearly 15 years ago. Battaglia’s execution has been set on March 30.

A federal jury convicted a Tomah man with two counts of threats against U.S. President Barack Obama. The man posted a threat on Facebook saying that he will shoot Obama in La Crosse.
