Florida lawmakers say that couples cohabitating would no longer be breaking the law. The lawmakers sent a bill to the governor abolishing the state's Reconstruction-era ban on cohabitation by unmarried couples.

A former model of the Trump's modeling agency is suing the company for not compensating her fully. The judge of the case however will look into the case and see if it will proceed or not. The decision slated to be made by the end of the month.

West Virginia will join the 13 states that imposes drug testing among people with substance abuse. The proposal is now heading to the governor's office for approval.
